Shipping and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled due to the customized nature of our products.

2. Custom Products:

All orders are custom orthosis shells, made specifically to your specifications. As such, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refund or replacement requests must include clear photos of the damage and proof of purchase. Any claims filed after this 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
