General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by business customers through our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within two days.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages are net prices and do not include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. Shipping costs are clearly communicated to you during the order process and on the order page.
5. Delivery
Delivery is only made within Germany. Delivery time is approximately 7-9 working days unless otherwise stated. Any deviations in delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
6. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, or via PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Since the contract is with business customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Please note that custom 3D-printed products are made according to the customer's specifications and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not as described.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our 3D-printed cranial remolding orthoses, returns and refunds are not possible unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with detailed information and photos of the defect. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or a refund.
10. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. During the statutory warranty period of two years from the delivery date, you are entitled to rectification (your choice of repair or replacement) and, if the legal requirements are met, the statutory rights to a reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, which are based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents. In all other respects, liability is excluded unless we have acted with gross negligence or intent.
12. Data Protection
We collect, process, and use your personal data only with your consent or if a legal permission exists. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Final Provisions
If any provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
